If you would like your child to join us at Burleigh Hill, please print off the application pack here. Please fill in the application form in the pack and return it to us along with a £3 Registration Fee which secures your child's place.
Your child will be offered a home visit of around 30 minutes and then a Pre-school visit with the parent. At this visit an additional £10 registration Fee* is payable which covers the cost of a Pre-school hat, bag and administration charges for your child.
*Please note: If you are taking a fully funded place with us and not paying any fees, you are not required to pay the Registration Fees outlined above. You are welcome to purchase the Pre-school hat and bag and also uniform.
